At a glance
The Carrot MX bracket wiring loom is built for the conditions a factory harness simply isn't designed for. Mud, water, dust, fuel, oil, vibration, heat — the environment under the seat of a motocross bike destroys stock wiring. This one is engineered to survive it.
We redesigned the bracket beneath the seat from scratch. Components sit in optimised positions, wires route cleanly, and the whole assembly is fully sealed. The package is compact, the routing is tidy, and nothing hangs loose.
The loom itself uses the original connectors — modified so they actually seal — so installation is genuinely plug-and-play. Around them we build up a Spec55 harness with Raychem DR25 heatshrink, System 25 molded boots, and RT125 epoxy at the critical junctions. Every section is concentrically twisted for flexibility and repeatability, with no wire under tension.
Compatible with KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas motocross models.
