Bosch EMS 43-pin ECU connector set

The Bosch EMS 43-pin ECU connector, part numbers 1 928 403 341 (housing code 8) and 1 928 403 340 (housing code 6), has been out of production at Bosch for years. It is still fitted to countless engine management systems, and when a housing breaks or a loom needs to be rebuilt, there has been nowhere to buy a new one. Remaining stock dried up long ago, and second-hand units come with brittle latches and decades of engine-bay heat in the plastic.

We had this connector newly manufactured. Not refurbished, not salvaged: produced from scratch to the dimensions of the original, so it mates with the ECU header, accepts the original terminals, and locks with a stainless-steel lever exactly the way the Bosch part did. The housing carries our own Carrot branding, so you can tell at a glance it is a new part, not an aged original.

As far as we know, we are the only source in the world for a new 1928403341 or 1928403340 today. Both housing codes are available, as a matched set covering both ECU headers or individually. If your build also needs the terminals, we can supply those as well.
